Computer Tutoring

The Computer Resource Center (CRC) is located at first floor, Ekstrom Library. It's old location has been renovated to make room for the expanding Virtual Math Center.The CRC typically offers assistance in the subjects listed below. If you have questions about services that are currently offered or want to let us know you're coming, send an email to Dennis Keibler.

  • Microsoft Office 2003 and 2007: Word, Excel, Access, etc
  • Basic Computer Operations
  • Programming languages: C, C++, C#, HTML, JavaScript, Java, and other CIS courses
  • Graphics software: Photoshop, DVD and CD burning
  • Blackboard, ULink, Groupwise

Students: Don't forget to bring your student ID, or have your ID # memorized, to sign in.

Computer Skills Seminars

The Computer Skills seminars are aimed at students who are having difficulty using computers and related technologies for their coursework, or who just want to improve their skills.

Resources

The new Computer Resource Center in Ekstrom Library features three Macintosh computers as well as brand new PCs and Scanners. The REACH Computer Resource Center utilizes UnipriNT.  This is the same printing system that is used in the North and South Computer Centers and in Ekstrom Library.  You can print as many pages as you wish (no limits) for 10¢ per page.  You will need to have money on your Cardinal Card ID in order to print.  You can add money at several locations across campus.
